个人简历

吴邓,男,中共党员,1988年出生,中国科学院北京基因组研究所(国家生物信息中心)博士,国家奖学金获得者,香港中文大学博士后,入选澳门新葡萄新京威尼斯123D类高层次人才,担任海南省医学会数字医学分会委员。

长期从事系统生物信息学研究,主要研究方向为衰老和衰老相关疾病的分子机制研究,特别是细胞及组织特异性衰老特征识别及其在老年各种慢性疾病中的驱动作用。共计发表SCI论文22篇,总引用超1000次(Google Scholar统计)。其中第一作者/通讯作者身份(含共同)在Aging Cell (3篇,IF=11.005)、Molecular Biology and Evolution(IF=10.7)Autophagy(IF=13.3)、Plos Biology(IF=9.8)、Journal of Neuroinflammation(IF=9.3)、Nucleic Acids Research (IF=14.9)、Clinical and Translational Medicine (IF=10.6)等国际期刊发表SCI论文14篇,其中IF>10或者中科院1区Top的10篇。研究成果荣获“Wiley威立中国开放科学高贡献作者奖”。担任Briefings in Bioinformatics等10余家SCI杂志审稿专家。获批软件著作权1项,申请国家发明专利3项。
