博士,纽约西奈山医学院博士后,三级教授,博士生导师,药物组学信息学教研室主任、海南省人民医院双聘教授,教育部生殖健康及相关疾病研究与转化重点实验室副主任、海南省免疫学会神经免疫分会副主任、生物医学信息与工程学院党政办公室主任、海南省拔尖人才,海南省“双百人才团队”骨干,国家自然科学基金函评专家,海南省健康教育专家,海南省学位委员会专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员,中国生物信息学会(筹)重大疾病组学信息学专委常委,中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委员会委员、。
长期跟随李霞教授从事AI驱动的肿瘤微环境特征解析及潜在生物标志物识别的生物信息学应用及方法学研究,近年来在《CELL》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》、《Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research》,《Oncoimmunology》等国际高质量杂志发表SCI等论文近40篇,以第一、共一和通讯作者身份,发表SCI论文17篇, SCI单篇最高影响因子60余点,SCI累计影响因子近200点,编著专著1部,参编人卫社等出版社教材3部,申请软件著作权6项,主持国家自然青年科学基金、地区基金、海南省自然科学基金、黑龙江省自然科学基金等近10项课题。参与国自然重大、面上各级、各类项目10余项。
作为学业指导教师、毕业设计指导教师、研究生导师共培养100余名本科生,17名硕士、博士研究生,其中多名本、硕学生获校优秀毕业论文,毕业硕士生均发表一作SCI论文,90%多名本科生在本科阶段发表SCI论文。独立主讲《分子生物软件工程 》、《生物医学网络平台分析 》、《生物网络医学资源》、《R语言程序设计》、《生物信息学实验技术》等11门生物信息学专业基础及专业课程,教学效果优秀,多次被评为校级“我心目中的好老师”。

3. 研究方向
长期从事AI驱动的肿瘤微环境特征解析及潜在生物标志物识别的生物信息学应用及方法学研究,主要集中于(1)基于单细胞多组学数据解析肿瘤微环境特征;(2)基于可解释深度学习的范癌肿瘤微环境AI模型构建;(3)基于空间转录组数据的泛癌空间生态位识别与解析;(4) bulk、single cell RNA-seq数据处理pipeline搭建。
